\u2013 DURATION \u2013 HEADQUARTERS \u2013<\/strong><strong>RESOURCES.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Article 1 : <u>Constitution \u2013 Name<\/u>.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is established between the undersigners an Association named \u00abAssociation Internationale pour la Promotion de Formations Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es en M\u00e9decine et en Sciences Biologiques\u00a0\u00bb within the law n\u00b0 1.355 of December 23rd, 2008.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Article 2 : Object.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The aim of the Association is to promote and enhance the continuing professional development and post-degree education in medical, scientific and technical professions in general.<\/p>\n<p>In particular :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1- Imagine, design and organise directly or indirectly congresses, events, seminars and practical workshops in Monaco and abroad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2- Support training and strengthen professionals&#8217; knowledge, both at economic and scientific level in order to allow them to improve their daily practice in Monaco and abroad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3- Promote and organise statistical surveys and epidemiological research in Monaco and abroad in order to identify the main objectives of the training.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Article 3 : <u>Duration \u2013 Business year<\/u><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The duration of the association is fixed at ninety-nine years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The business year starts begins on the first of January and ends on the thirty-first of December.<\/p>\n<p>Exceptionally, the first business year shall end on the thirty-first of December two thousand eighteen.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Article 4 : <u>Headquarters<\/u>.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The Association headquarters are located in Monaco.
