Article 1 — Constitution – Name
It is established between the undersigners an Association named «Association Internationale pour la Promotion de Formations Spécialisées en Médecine et en Sciences Biologiques» within the law n° 1.355 of December 23rd, 2008.
Article 2 — Object
The aim of the Association is to promote and enhance the continuing professional development and post-degree education in medical, scientific and technical professions in general.
Article 3 — Duration – Business year
The duration of the association is fixed at ninety-nine years. The business year starts on the first of January and ends on the thirty-first of December. Exceptionally, the first business year shall end on the thirty-first of December two thousand eighteen.
Article 4 — Headquarters
The Association headquarters are located in Monaco. They may be transferred to any other location in the territory of the Principality of Monaco by a simple decision of the Board of Directors.
Imagine, design and organise directly or indirectly congresses, events, seminars and practical workshops in Monaco and abroad. Support training and strengthen professionals’ knowledge, both at economic and scientific level. Promote and organise statistical surveys and epidemiological research in Monaco and abroad.

Professor of Oncology, General-Director of the Centre Paul Strauss and Director of the Institut Régional du Cancer in Strasbourg. President of the Biennale Monégasque de Cancérologie 2016–2024. Responsible for organizing breast cancer research at the Institut National du Cancer, L’INCa.
